Flors en Cloisonné

I created “Flors en cloisonné” as a tribute to the Catalan Modernist movement of the late 19th century. More than a style, Modernism was a celebration of authenticity. It was characterised by a search for uniqueness and an exuberant creative freedom, with a certain Romantic influence. It also served to reaffirm Catalan culture and identity, with the ambition of projecting them onto the European stage. The collection consists of different series of 25 high-quality prints each, numbered and signed, featuring colourful and varied images depicting fauna and flora during that moment when the countryside comes back to life, flowers begin to bloom and the light grows stronger after the harsh winter.
